đ Export Projects and Work Order lists to Excel
You asked for it, we listened! Now you can easily export your filtered lists to Excel with just one click. Apply filters, click âEXPORT TO EXCELâ and get your data delivered in a spreadsheet. Thereâs also a new group permission specifically for exporting these lists.
đž Manage different markups on supplier invoices
You can now add various markups directly on supplier invoices within the system. In the settings, you can configure how supplier accounts should be linked, giving you the flexibility to manage markups for subcontractors, materials, and more in a smooth way.
đ Improvements for Supplier Documents
Dropdown menu for Supplier Documents: We've made it even easier to manage supplier documents. You can now easily choose between EDI order confirmations and Supplier Invoices directly from a dropdown menu.
New design for supplier invoices and EDI: Supplier documents have a fresh new look! Searching, filtering, and sorting invoices has never been easier. Plus, you can now see the total sum of what's displayed in the list.
đ Status column in the work overview
You can now quickly and easily see the status of your work orders directly in the Work Overview.
đ° Simplified price management when creating or editing clients
All price templates for each client are now managed in one place! When creating or editing a client, you can easily identify the standard price template and add new ones. The price tab has been reorganized for easier and clearer pricing.
đ Quote & Invoice - Price logic for travel reports
Weâve simplified the handling of travel reports in quotes and invoices. The distance is now always shown in kilometers without decimals, and the calculations are consistent and clear: Quantity Ă Unit Price Ă Discount.â
Please remember to make sure that you have the right the unit for travel reports (km). You can do this under Settings â Unit.
